The apartments are just two minutes away from Lugano LAC (Lugano Arte e Cultura) and at walking-distance from via Nassa and the Lungolago. We offer fully furnished apartments for a stress-free stay. The apartments are available for rent for short and medium periods. Our luxury furnished apartments have been created by an interior designer, with an attention to every detail, from the color of the wallpaper, the design elements, the marble of the bathrooms. Everything has been conceived to ensure a pleasant, comfortable stay. Furthermore, the apartments are equipped with an advanced domotics system which allows to control all options comfortably from an iPad. All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a modern kitchen (including dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, fridge, oven, induction cooker, plates, cutlery, glasses). The bathrooms are equipped with a luxurious waterfall shower and marble furnishings. Bed and bath linens are made of the finest, softest cotton. In addition, all apartments have wi-fi connection, TV and air-conditioning and an advanced domotics which allow the client to control all settings from an iPad (music, air-conditioning, curtains, blinds).
